After acquiring the FlyBuys customer loyalty scheme in February, retailer Coles revealed the beginning stage of a revamped points program in what the company hopes will be the first of many improvements, according to a report by the Australian Financial Review.
Customers of FlyBuys using a FlyBuys-linked National Australia Bank (NAB) credit card will now receive four points for every $5 they spend on groceries, an increase of one point for every $5 spent at Coles under the existing program. The point improvement is in addition to the two points currently acquired by FlyBuys members on every $5 purchase at Coles.
